I cannot say enough good things about certified basement systems, Mark and his crew. They were knowledgeable, kind, timely and overall clean for all the work they had to do in our basement! We are thankful for them every time it rains and our basement stays dry! I would recommend them to anyone!! If we ever need any future basement work done there will be no hesitation who we will call.

Mark and his guys did a great job on our basement water issues. We had him do some some work in 2011 and again in a different area in 2018. Bottom line is we have had no water issues since. Wish we had done this sooner. He and his guys are so honest and accommodating. Worked around my mother's schedule as she is very busy caring for my father. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Several years ago our lower level started flooding so hired Mark at Certified Basement Systems to install their internal waterproofing system. I was really dreading the installation because it would involve cutting completely around the parameter of our finished lower level (we live in a bi-level). Anyway, we removed the carpet and Mark's crew came in for the installation. They put plastic on the stairway to minimized the dust upstairs and went to work. Anyway, they carted all debris out to their truck, put the piping in and then re-cemented the floor. We did install tile in part of the structure and we did NOT have to grind any of the new concrete. A sump hole and pump were also installed. Externally Mark's crew installed a pipe and drain out in the front yard. The drain is at least 20 feet out and they had to go through the landscaping. You could not tell they dug in the rocked landscape or the yard! When the job was done, Mark's crew did not leave a mess and we had very little clean-up. I've had a few issues with sloppy contractors in the past, but I will say that Mark and his crew are 100% professional and very dependable.

Mark and crew did a great job for us. He went above and beyond what we were expecting. We had 2 separate cracks in concrete poured foundation. He repaired both and helped us pinpoint what most likely caused them. We would highly recommend Certified!

Mark and his crew from the initial phone call for a quote was professional from the start. As a Firefighter it's important to me to have honest and dedicated people in my home. I got quotes from others around town and Mark was only one willing to attempt the job I wanted done. I requested a window to be used that was not and has not been used in the area. Literally no one knew about this window to include window providers. Mark said no problem and they learned as they went and the finished product is perfection. To top it all off they were cheaper than other quotes. You can not go wrong with hiring this crew. Thanks for making my family safer.

Mark and his crew did a great job of fixing our water issue in the Corn Crib Stadium! It was an issue for a few years and other companies did not seem to know how to fix it but Mark did! I would highly recommend him and Certified Basement Systems.

Mark and his crew at Certified Basement Systems cured a water problem that we had at the Corn Crib Stadium for years. He came in and did an assessment and had a plan that was reasonable and more importantly fixed our water issues!
We had several other companies come in and either had no answers for our water issues or would give us quotes that were out of this world to fix. Certified came in and got the job done at a reasonable cost.

Mark did a fantastic job! I had 7 leaks from cracks in my poured foundation walls. He took the time to not only determine how to fix the leaks inside, but fixed the cause of the leaks on the outside. NO EXCAVATING NEEDED! Simple things like proper grading to get water to run away from the house and burying the downspouts and draining them further away from the property. Plus I had water coming in from where my concrete patio met the house....and he sealed that too! It's been a year since all the repairs were made and have gone through some really heavy rainstorms. No leaking from anything he fixed, I couldn't be happier. I have found a new leak in the meantime and already have Mark from Certified Basement Systems scheduled to take care of it.
